Excel Beyond Barriers introduces The RegenAct Programme, a reverse mentoring programme empowering young adults to reclaim their voices by mentoring senior leaders, directors, and executives in the built environment.

What You'll Do
Offer insights and highlight blind spots that impact local communities during regeneration projects. Engage directly with senior leaders in architecture, construction, and urban planning. Develop transferable skills in active listening, powerful questioning, bias awareness, and decision-making.

The Details
This 16-week programme is valued at up to £3000 for each candidate. Every participant receives a full scholarship to attend completely free.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from Excel Beyond Barriers. No prior experience is required and full training is provided.
