Most young people are leaving schools, colleges and universities without the right skills required to succeed in the outside world. Excel Beyond Barriers seeks to train individuals from all backgrounds, with guidance on how to access relevant information and skills for success, and financial independence.
Training includes Functional skills, Literacy, Computer literacy, interview techniques, CV writing, Sewing, Hairdressing, ESOL, Job hunting, and so on.

CV Writing: Learn how to create a strong, professional CV that highlights your skills, experience, and strengths to improve your chances of securing job opportunities.
Age: 16+
Computer Literacy: Polish up on your computer skills; an essential skill that will bring you much closer to your dream job.
Age: 13+
Project Management: Hone and develop skills such as time management and organisational skills.
Age: 18+
English and Maths: Basic entry-level Maths and English is a must for all age group regardless of what career path you want to take. Tackle the basics to widen your options.

Interior Decoration: Learn the basics of interior decoration, including colour coordination, layout planning, and styling techniques to create functional and visually appealing spaces.
Age: 14+
Hairdessing: Learn the fundamental skills of hairdressing, including styling, cutting techniques, hair care, and client service.
Sewing Classes: Learn practical sewing skills, including basic stitching, fabric handling, and simple garment or craft creation, helping build confidence in making and repairing clothing and textiles.
Age: 13+
AI and Coding: Learn the basics of coding and artificial intelligence, building practical digital skills and understanding how technology is used in the modern world.
